General Return Guidelines
- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip.
- Standard stock items may typically be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection.
- Product must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with original packaging when possible.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Special‑order or custom‑fabricated products.
- Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or energized.
- Cut lengths of pipe, cable, or hose.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” at time of purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Product
- Defective items will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will correct it promptly at no additional cost.
- Please notify your APSCO branch within 10 business days of receipt for any discrepancies.
Credits & Restocking
Approved returns may be credited to your account or refunded to the original payment method, as appropriate. Some returns may be subject to a restocking charge based on manufacturer or distributor policies.
Restocking fees, if applicable, will be communicated and approved before the return is finalized.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact your local APSCO Supply branch with your invoice number and item details.
- We will provide instructions for returning the material to the branch or arranging pickup where available.
- Returns shipped back to us should be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
