General Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip.
  • Standard stock items may typically be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to inspection.
  • Product must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with original packaging when possible.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Special‑order or custom‑fabricated products.
  • Electrical or electronic components that have been installed or energized.
  • Cut lengths of pipe, cable, or hose.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non‑Returnable” at time of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Product

  • Defective items will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will correct it promptly at no additional cost.
  • Please notify your APSCO branch within 10 business days of receipt for any discrepancies.

Credits & Restocking

Approved returns may be credited to your account or refunded to the original payment method, as appropriate. Some returns may be subject to a restocking charge based on manufacturer or distributor policies.

Restocking fees, if applicable, will be communicated and approved before the return is finalized.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact your local APSCO Supply branch with your invoice number and item details.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the material to the branch or arranging pickup where available.
  • Returns shipped back to us should be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
