Service Area

APSCO Supply ships orders from our branches in Abilene, Brownwood, Stephenville, and Quinlan. Standard delivery is available within our regional service area. For deliveries outside of this area, we will work with common carriers or your preferred freight partner.

Order Processing

• In‑stock items typically ship the same business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time.
• Special orders and direct‑ship items will follow the manufacturer’s lead times.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Options

• Branch Delivery: Local delivery from the nearest APSCO branch using our trucks.
• Customer Pick‑Up: Pick up your order at the branch counter; we’ll notify you when it’s ready.
• Freight / LTL: Larger or out‑of‑area shipments may be sent via common carrier.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, carrier delays, or product availability. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as we become aware of them.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are based on order size, weight, destination, and required delivery method. Any applicable charges will be quoted at the time of order entry and shown on your invoice.

Certain large, heavy, or special‑handling items (such as pipe, tanks, or fixtures) may carry additional freight or handling fees.

Damaged or Short Shipments

• Inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt.
• Notify your APSCO Supply branch within 3 business days of receipt for assistance with claims or replacements.
• Keep all packaging and damaged product until the claim is resolved.

Special Instructions

If your site has specific delivery requirements (gate codes, lift‑gate, call‑ahead, restricted hours, etc.), please provide those details when placing your order so we can coordinate the best possible delivery experience.
