Credit & Payment Terms

All credit sales are subject to APSCO Supply’s approval. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard terms are Net 30 days from the invoice date. Past‑due balances may be subject to a finance charge as allowed in your credit agreement.

• We reserve the right to place accounts on hold or revoke credit at any time.
• Customers are responsible for all charges, fees, and costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Pricing & Quotations

Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of taxes, freight, and handling unless otherwise stated. Written quotations are valid only for the period specified on the quote.

Special Orders

Special‑order, non‑stock, or custom items are non‑cancelable and non‑returnable once ordered from the manufacturer. Deposits may be required and are non‑refundable. Special orders will not be placed until payment or a PO number is provided by the customer.

Product Information & Warranties

Product data, performance, and suitability information are provided by the manufacturer. APSCO Supply does not provide any separate or additional warranties and expressly disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law. Any warranty claims must be pursued through the applicable manufacturer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APSCO Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of use, or delay damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a sale shall not exceed the price paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of purchases from APSCO Supply shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any legal action shall be in the appropriate state or federal court located in or serving Taylor County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

Website & Online Account Use

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Activity conducted under your account is deemed authorized by you.
• We may modify or discontinue website features or access at any time.
